Ingredients
1/2 cup Soy sauce; dark
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
3 Crushed Garlic cloves
1 Small Onion minced
1 Finger sized piece of Ginger; grated
1/4 teaspoon Chinese Five-Spice Powder
5 drops liquid smoke

3 lb Beef; brisket, eye-of-round
-or flank steak
Method
